Nov. 30th, 2016 05:19 pmKisa is a culbera, which is a vampire from her canon that is more reptilian by nature than anything else. Like most vampires she has the standard immortality, extra speed and strength and rapid healing, along with a vulnerability to the sun. She can also use telepathy to get in the heads of others whether it be to communicate with them at a distance or to gather information from them and can create illusions so she appears to be someone other than herself. Her actual vampire face is grotesque and snakelike in nature. Her special culebra ability is that she can gain wings to fly in battle, giving her an advantage to cover more ground.
Given the godmoding nature of some of these abilities I want to stress that I would never use them in game without another players permission and discussing what the outcome would be first. Even if you consent here there will be no use of telepathy or illusion taking place without my shooting an IM, PM, or email your way to talk it out first and make sure that it was alright. Basically, this post will just let me know whether or not I should bother contacting you to ask permission should a situation occur in-game where Kisa might use these abilities on your character for whatever reason.
Kisa feeds on humans but as of current canon she does not feed to kill as much anymore and would more likely try to consent if she was planning on feeding on someone in a more long term capacity.
Finally, Kisa's backstory deals with aspects of enslavement and rape and other forms of abuse, if you want to opt out of interacting with her because any of these things might be triggering for you, please let me know and I will adjust accordingly, I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable.

1) Is it alright for Kisa to use telepathy or illusion your character (or do you have a character you believe could be immune to these abilities for some reason)?
2) Is it alright for Kisa to feed off of your character? If yes, please specify whether or not your character's blood possesses any qualities that might affect Kisa in the event that she does feed off of them.
3) Finally, if you want to opt out of interacting with her in general do the nature of things that could come up in her CR, please let me know here.
